The topic of this call will be the terms we use in our projects influence success in PNI. Some terms we might talk about would be:

• story, anecdote, narrative, etc
• analysis, data, results, etc
• sensemaking, patterns, emergence, etc
• question, survey, information, etc

We’ll talk about our experiences using particular terms and what sorts of general principles work for choosing terminology to use – and with whom – in PNI projects.
