The PNI Institute is happy to announce that Bruce Waltuck has joined as an associate Member.
Bruce Waltuck has been helping organizations through the challenges of change for more than 30 years. He co-created and led the U.S. Department of Labor’s award-winning Employee Involvement and Process Improvement system, as well as creating an award-winning public-private partnership in the healthcare industry.
Bruce has also been a negotiator of the first fully consensus-reached, interest based agreement in the U.S. Federal sector. Bruce has presented and taught to more than 25,000 people throughout the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Singapore. For the past 15 years he has been exploring, applying, and teaching change methods through the perspective of complex adaptive systems.
Bruce has been developing a framework for using stories in the context of government improvement and other settings. He has his own consultancy, Freethinc. . . For A Change and is also currently working with both I-OPEN and as a co-founder of the Liberating Structures group Yes, And. . . Philly.
